Aiko Yamano Bido Hall was built for a dual purpose: To honor the achievements of the legend Aiko Yamano and to enhance the education of the tradition of Kimono. The building created by AAS is based on and manifests the philosophy of Aiko Yamano; "Bido" or "Total Beauty", which includes "Five Elements of Beauty" -- Hair, Face, Fashion, Inner Beauty and Health Beauty" - and are uniquely represented in the building's fan shaped structure. The building will be long cherished by the staff, teachers and students from both Yamano Gakuen and Kokusai Biyo Kyokai. Additionally, AAS professional services resulted in completing the project within the previously set quality, budget and time schedules. I have truly enjoyed working with Dr. Sultan and his excellent and devoted team.

山野愛子美道会館は、山野愛子先生の業績を称えることと、着物という伝統文化を教え広める、という二つの目的のために建築されました。ＡＡＳが設計したこのビルは、山野愛子先生の美道の哲学を基とし、それを具現化しています。「美道」とは、「美道の五大原則」 ― 髪、顔、服装、精神美、健康美 ― を総括するもので、建物の扇型の構造の中に独創的に表徴されています。このビルは、山野学苑と国際美容協会の職員や、教員、学生に永く愛されることになるでしょう。また、ＡＡＳの専門的な業務により、このプロジェクトが、当初設定された通りの品質と予算と時間枠の中に納まりました。ドクター・スルタンとその卓越した献身的なチームと共に作業をするのは、非常に楽しいことでした。

Swiss Reinsurance started its operation in Japan in 1972 and relocated to the current offices in 1995 with the professional services of Dr. Sultan and the AAS team. Over the past three years we have had the opportunity to work several times with Dr. Sultan and his AAS architects team. Proof of the professional attitude and realization power of AAS is certainly our repeated work together for our shows in 2006 as well as cafes, and recently in 2007 our flagship De'Longhi's. De'Longhi's, our De'Longhi House in Daikanyama with a showroom, store, seminar room, Italian restaurant and bar, was a particular challenge. It is not only the first for the De'Longhi Group worldwide but also the first of this type of mixed-use project for AAS. We are very grateful to Dr. Sultan and his team to have mastered the project, architectural issues and building coordination so well and in time.
